The establishment was inspired by the idea of creating affordable hospitality accommodation, create a sustainable economic and social business opportunity within the Nyakera Village, Mahyoro Kitagwenda District , Western Uganda and contribute to the economic growth of Uganda.

Purpose of the project:
Business sustainability, sales &marketing, operation and external factors that have impact on the business.
Provide potential investors and stakeholders with a business roadmap of Globe Village Beach (GVB).
Privately owned business and aimed to provide village beach experience away from the citylife.
We aim to primarily built on 20 acres of land, scenic views of the , Lake secure parking, cultural experience, conference facilities, gym and health spas and continue expanding with demands

On this stage GVB will require a total of $150,000 000   (one hundred fifty million dollars) toward the construction, capital assets, refurbishment, recruitment process and Operational costs.

Uganda Infrastructure Development:

❑ Electricity: Reliable electricity is generated by Mpanga Power Station. Global Village Beach (GVB) will consider solar power energy as the preferred electricity source. Solar power is pollution free and causes no greenhouse gases to be emitted are installable and easily available every day of the year, even cloudy days produce some power.

❑ Roads: The Government has invested in upgrading two major roads connecting to Kamwenge district making it much easily accessible from Ibanda, Mbarara and Fortportal. Improved road infrastructure is expected to facilitate access to markets, as well as tourism

❑ Air Transport: Entebbe International Airport offers non-stop flights to regional, European, and Middle Eastern destination.

❑ Water facilities is provided on Lake George connecting to Rubirizi and Kasese Districts. However, provision of safe water and sanitation facilities with a view of increasing water coverage in rural community is still a constraint and remains a nation a priority.

❑ Communication: The district enjoys good access to major mobile telephone networks including MTN, Airtel and UTL, enabling prompt communication. Language English is the official.
